Your work and feedback

You retain ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service, including sharing with the reviewers you invite and processing through optional AI when you request it. Only submit content you have permission to share.

Using the beta

Keep account credentials and reviewer recovery codes secure. Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass access controls and usage limits. Access may be restricted to address misuse or protect the service.

Review lifecycle

Published board content is locked; use a new iteration for changes. Final submissions lock the review, and unsent comment text is excluded. Results show completed reviews after closure. Review links expire. Trash recovery does not extend original review deadlines.

Beta limitations

Features and availability may change during testing. Keep your own copies of important work. Feedback and AI suggestions may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. Service limits are shown in the app; future paid features will require a separate offer and acceptance.

Privacy and support

Read the privacy notice for information handling and retention. Contact support about ending your account or requesting deletion. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
